On a visit to Washington, DC, I noticed a woman walking along the sidewalk near the West Building of the National Gallery of Art. I was immediately struck by her outfit and posture, both of which seemed so beautifully appropriate for the scene. I quickly framed the shot as she walked into position. This photograph is the result.
Passion leads the way and my camera follows. Though most drawn to scenes of the outdoors, whether they be grand landscapes, intimate details, or life in all its many forms, I also feel pulled towards other subjects and scenes.
